14-Day Return Policy: You have 14 days from the date of receiving your new toys to request a return.

Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for a return, please ensure that your item meets the following conditions:

• It must be in the same condition as when you received it.
• It should be in its original packaging.
• You'll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Initiating a Return: To start a return process, simply contact us at hello@pebblestoys.com. Kindly note that returns should be sent to the following address: 528 Orange Street, New Haven, CT 06511. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
